SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure your order is delivered on time and to the correct location, please make sure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. This includes correct abbreviations, spacing, and formatting.

If there is an issue verifying your address, our customer service team will contact you. If we do not receive a response after several attempts, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded.

If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please email us ASAP at sdpiecez@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before your order ships, but if we are unable to, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost plus the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued for the merchandise.

Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact your local United States Postal Service office directly to file a claim. We do not issue refunds for packages that are confirmed as delivered.

Processing & Delivery Times

 

          Orders are shipped within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on Fridays will ship the following business day (Monday).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 48 hours of your order being processed.

  • Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail  and UPS to most locations. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
